My Methods

Neurodivergent children learn differently and often times our educators don't have the tools or resources to engage our children in a way that's meaningful or impactful to them.

Multisensory approach

A multisensory approach appeals to neurodivergent learners because it incorporates a visual, auditory, kinesthetic and tactile approach to learning.

Explicit

Explicit instruction is delivered in a structured way. This provides students with the ability to learn content in smaller parts and continuously practice until they've mastered a concept. This approach allows a student to build confidence as they build skills.

Game Playing Pieces

Gamification

Learning doesn't have to be boring! Content that proves to be difficult for your child can be modified into a game, which will help them engage with a concept that may be challenging for them, but keeps learning fresh and enjoyable.
